Only a handful were ever produced, and the number that survive today is thought to be extremely small
To repeat what I mention on the other list, the combination of the life payment with how opponents desire to kill you as soon as possible because you just played Necropotence makes this card more likely to lead to your loss than lead to your win (except in cEDH, of course)
White does have quite alot of protection spells, so if you can build a deck well and play it safe in the early game, you can bide your time improving your board until it is nearly unstoppable
During the End Phase, while in the Graveyard: Banish this card and Special Summon Level 4 or lower Dragon monsters from your Deck x each "Dragon Egg Token" destroyed by battle or by card effects during that same turn
