Taco Salad Dressing Ingredients For the salad: 1 pound lean ground beef 1 1- ounce packet taco seasoning 1 English cucumber, cored, halved and sliced 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup pickled onions 1 15- ounce can of black beans, drained and rinsed 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced into wedges 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Tortilla chips, for serving For the dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup taco sauce 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 garlic clove, minced Salt & pepper, to taste Instructions Combine the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth
