First state of position 8 of the setting, prior to the broken 'N' in 'ONE, SG65. A fine and scarce used example. Very scarce with only 960 of the basic stamps being issued. Accompanied with an American Philatelic Society (APS) certificate of authenticity (2000). Stanley Gibbons catalogue value: 250.
