Stitched Together Cross Stitch Chart by Heartstring Samplery 20CT Aida A piece inspired by myCross stitch pattern from Heartstring Samplery featuring a sampler with the phrase "Our hearts are stitched together"! Pattern is stitched on 36 ct Flannel Flowers from Fox and Rabbit using NPI silks with mini vanilla rick rack from Lady Dot Creates. DMC conversion provided 407, 21, 469, 471, 520, 3822, 3808, 3768. Stitch count is 80w x 80h.
