I dont really see the purpose of having this as a commander, but Id always want to have this in play to maximize tempo and mana advantage in a big-mana kraken deck

This is key, as Grolnok allows you to cast spells and play lands from exile with croak counters on them, meaning that through attacking, Grolnok's ability can effectively draw you three additional cards each turn

The best part of this kind of Fact or Fiction-like effect is that you can place the best card on its own and every other card in an imposing three-card pile
