I still agree with this, and its one of the reasons that Frantic Search is a card I consider S-Tier when it comes to commons

You can suspend a pretty big draw spell like Opportunity without having to tap out, and thats really interesting, The unblockable ability can be activated several times, and it pairs well with double strike creatures or creatures that deal damage and draw cards

I wanted to somehow equate this to a number of rounds in a tournament, but there is such a huge variation between formats (and even between decks) that I gave up

You choose modes and, if you chose the third mode, a target for that ability as it goes on the stack
