To make a Creamy Dip, stir mix with: 1 cup Sour Cream & 1 cup Real Mayonnaise To make a Fresh Dip, stir mix with: 2 cups Sour Cream To make a Low-Fat Dip, stir mix with: 2 cups Plain Non-Fat Yogurt or Lite Sour Cream To make a Salad Dressing, whisk mix with: 1/2 cup Milk or Buttermilk & 1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise Serve with: Vegetable Sticks, Bread Cubes, Potato Chips, Pretzels, Salads Heat Level: 2 out of 10 ( Mild ) Shelf Life: 2+ Years
(You can make this salad a couple of hours ahead of time without any problem with this, as long as you squeeze a bit of lime or lemon over top, drizzle the dressing over top, cover with the platter with plastic and keep in the fridge.) Fresh corn, instead: You can use fresh corn kernels cut from the cob if you don't feel like taking the extra step of charring them
