The lack of protection was on purpose, but if you think it really needs it, I can probably tack on a clause that stops non-destruction removal...as far as ease of access goes, I'm not terribly worried about that, unless you think it's just not strong enough to deserve that in which case, I'm open to any suggestions you may have By the time its effect can be activated during either player's turn, why add the "This is a Quick Effect" line
