This cuff has a hole that runs parallel to the cuff opening. This means that the cuff can be slid onto a pipe and then the set screw allows for it to be locked in place anywhere along the pipe. Each cuff clicks shut with a special key (see pictures for triangle key), and also has a clasp that fits a padlock (padlock not included). *Cuffs are made from a heavy weight 3d printed PLA filament.
