The name speaks for its self
In 1961, Hepburn wore a Hubert de Givenchy black sheath dress in the film Breakfast at Tiffany's
For an added vintage feel, covered bridal buttons trail the back of the dress, which has a sweep train
Quick and easy I promise
It still served as a good start, and with hacking, taping, pinching, nipping, slicing, and smooshing, somewhat morphed into Truly Victorian TV460 1885 Cuirass Bodice, which I dont own, but need to (it wouldve saved me a lot of work!) The major changes I made on the bodice were to de-drop the shoulder, cut my own shape for the hem, add the center back pleat, and convert one set of the front darts into the curvy seam that forms the black velveteen section on the front
The sculpted design and quality construction work together to provide secure, comfortable wear, while the matching gloves add elegant coverage and vintage sophistication that completes the timeless look your bridal party will treasure forever
