Inz, is part of the Tierradentro National Park, one of Colombias most important archaeological sites. Coffee here is primarily grown by smallholders with an average of 2 hectares each. They deliver their coffee to Jesus Volveras, a local collector with his own farm, where he dries wet coffee cherries. Once dried, the beans are sent to a milling facility in Popayan for
