Fliers get +2/+0, while creatures without flying are weakened with -2/-0
As discussed in the Baby Pokmon post at length, WOTC attempted to rewrite the text of a number of cards to ensure that even though they changed how Baby Pokmon count as Basic Pokmon, cards that refer to Basic Pokmon and didnt mean to also interact with Baby Pokmon would get this (except Baby Pokmon) line added to the text of the card so their rewrite wouldnt cause any problems
When this enchantment leaves the battlefield, each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library
[casthaven]Loaming Shaman[/casthaven] is just one of my favorite underplayed cards in all of Magic: the Gathering for fighting any number of graveyard interactions while also refreshing our library
It goes through Mimikyu [Paldean Fates], it OHKOs Gholdengo ex [Paradox Rift], and it might even be able to OHKO a Charizard ex too
