Of course, the set was just spoiled and most people can't get TCG mid for their cards, so these prices don't mean you can buy a Commander 2015 deck for $40 and flip it for 100% or even 200% profit
It might get cut if you have better / more synergistic card draw options for that particular deck, but it's never a bad inclusion, and being printed at common means it's always a fantastic budget inclusion at the very least
Only two things hold this land back from being a staple, or at least seeing much more play, in the format
I mean, Stuffy Doll is always a good addition to Commander decks, but in this one, it really works
His card hides an Easter egg of sorts that's made clearer by the Ring Treasure Token also found in the Secret Lair drop
However, its in Arthurs ability that he truly shines: when played, he can give a chosen character Challenger +2 and Resist +2 (that means they get +2 Strength while Challenging and a reduction of 2 damage thats being dealt to them), plus they can also challenge Ready, not Exerted, characters on the same turn too
