The face of the ring was originally an antique 14k gold stick pin (circa 1900) that we transformed by removing the pin stem and adding a 14k gold band. The face of the ring measures 0. 5 inches by 0. 35 inches wide, and it is in great condition. The ring is a size 6. 5, but it can be resized free of charge. Materials: 14k gold, Sapphire, Diamond.
