We first met Troy almost 20 years ago in the legendary hop yard of Moonlight Brewing where a number of us had convened to pick hops and drink pints of Death & Taxes. Since then,Troy has remained a friend and kindred brewing spirit. In celebration of that lasting friendship and connection, weve collaborated on a complex
