Bachelor Natural Wine This makes for lifted aromaticsOnce in a blue moon Andy bottles a single barrel of Pinot Noir (or one time in 2018, a Pinot Gris) and releases it under the name "Bachelor". He hasn't done it since the 2018 vintage and he's never done it all in magnum (double sized bottles). This wine is from one of his favorite sites, which is farmed organically and fermented in concrete tank. The wine was then moved to 100% new French oak, where it rested undisturbed for 22 months.
