Limited Release Yeast Cask bicheno ongoing collaboration between Head DistillerLIMITED RELEASE YEAST CASK 51. 8% The first of its kind for Waubs Harbour, this special single malt was made with fresh yeast, cultivated in our lab here at the distillery, bringing a new, unique chocolate orange flavour profile to our new make (non matured) spirit. Matured entirely in beautiful ex Tawny Port French Oak casks, bringing rich maple syrup and buttery sultana notes to the choc orange spirit. Yum. Decadent & with a lovely finish. Only 647
