2021 Yarra Valley Reserve Chardonnay, Yering Station Wine Heroes producing wines of precision2021 was an excellent vintage. The cooler growing season, with perfect day and night temperatures, resulted in lovely natural balance. No manipulation in the vineyard was required, this vintage has produced some of the best fruit the vineyard has seen. Elegant and refined, with complex aromas of white florals, stone fruit and perfumed spice from French oak. Fresh and precise with a lovely texture, savoury almond notes and exceptional length.
