The Elves printing had 300 copies printed, as the Elves had three Rings of Power, Dwarves received 700 as they had 7 rings, and Human printing was printing as XXX/900 for their 9 rings

This removes the limitation of Necropotence (having to wait until your end step to get the cards) with the drawback being that it costs double the mana value of the original Ice Age enchantment
