Benjamin對於這塊海拔較高，過去氣候較為冷涼的葡萄園總是情有獨鍾。香氣可以媲美三大白酒名村，白花、檸檬塔及礦物感明顯，酸度架構出清爽俐落的口感，層次變化相當精采。MW上課指定用酒。

Ambonnay特級村為漢斯山區極為珍貴的兩座相鄰特級村之一，較高的海拔與面朝南南東坡向所接收到稍微溫和的日照，以及石灰質比例較高的表土，使整體風格多了一份細緻感。
