While this card doesnt make sense for a lot of red decks, anything going wide is going to want to think about this one

A wide variety of cards appear in collector boosters, starting with four premium foil Commons and two premium foil uncommons, along with a foil retro frame basic land card

When they all successfully resolve, you get to ping any or multiple targets for a total of 21 damage, and you also get a chonky 21/21 Orc Army (or more if Orcish Bowmasters has already been around for a few turn cycles)

Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots are fine stand-ins (get it, shoes?), and Commander's Plate is much stronger, though much more expensive now
