Five StarsBy Brenda Reed | September 27, 2022 The only negative thing I have to say about this costume is there is a plastic hoop that goes under the dress, but I cannot get it to stay as shown in the picture and it keeps twisting, so I am not going to use the hoop and the dress is great without it
