Likely made by famed artist and sculptor Manuel Felguerez during the mid century era. Barro negro is a black clay, found in Oaxaca, Mexico, was used to make pottery. Most of his pieces were not signed or dated, and many of them were decorated by various artists. ( and that's why you may see similar pieces with slightly difference designs.)
