Though the colors in the performance tend to be muted to reflect the somber nature of the message about spirituality, struggle, freedom, and self determination, I try to re imagine these themes with the dancers in vibrant colors. I enjoy the tensions between the bright, beautiful colors and the somber yet powerful expressions on the faces
