Thankfully, on top of looking pretty non-threatening, breaking the parity on Horn of Plenty is easier than you might expect

Now, there were a lot of problems with that that they tried a bunch of things to solve - in particular the third set was always lackluster ( Dragon's Maze or Avacyn Restored ), pushed to make it relevant, had a weird gimmick ( Alara Reborn being all multicolored cards) or a curve ball like Rise of the Eldrazi or New Phyrexia (completely upend everything that came before)

The higher the bracket, the more tools the deck has to succeed in competitive, meta-focused gameplay

That little bit of extra draw and filtering greatly helps you enter the mid game

Both of these reprints are very exciting to see and I cant wait to see what else comes down the pipeline
