These thankfully have just been released as a reproduction and are perfect - and considerably cheaper then the GM ones were

we just need to be sure of things before we proceed

but still a lot cheaper then getting a bunch of non-flow tested pipes welded together that resembled "hedders"

Gearbox Torsion Bar Insulator 83-84 MANUAL - INNER IMPORTANT: If you have TPIThis is what bolts up to the Auto Gearbox.. its the INNER side insulator and metal mounting bracket it grabs the inner half of the Torsion bar heading up from the diff on the LHS of the gearbox. There is a 2nd half to this also listed here.. you'r advised to replace both Only for MANUAL Gearbox's.
