As a base starter deck, its a bit lacking in comparison to the Sapphire/Steel deck, but I can see a version of this deck being character heavy so that new Simba never misses his Boost ability trigger

Solrock/Lunatone is a great draw engine, which also goes hand in hand with the energy acceleration in Mega Lucarios first attack, Aura Jab, Mega Lucarios Mega Brave attack can swing for 270 base damage for 2 energy, which is already great damage for the cost, but the deck easily has the ability to swing for even more, making it easy to knock out other mega Pokmon and take 3 prize cards
