The rod weighs 4 1 4 oz and casts a five weight line nicely. The rod is in excellent restored condition. Very clean cane work. The cane is a blonde straw color though the mid section is much darker. Oil matte finish with bright red silks and full intermediates. Reverse twist guides, quite small to accommodate the use of a silk line. Cigar grip 4 3
