To me this is less interesting than Umbris, and less really horrifying, but a fine include in a Dimir horror deck, certainly you can include if you want to go mill horror
The card draw would be obscene enough, but the +1/+1 counters push this dragon into the realm of the busted and absurd because it applies so much pressure so fast
