I think @decoypalmette nailed it with their answer but Im just going to add this as well I think Yugioh has a problem with bringing in new players/collectors

Being a goblin also makes it valuable to the Gruul goblin commanders that want a little more oomph

In summary, the overall feeling is that this set is a good collection but it is not as good as the first Rarity Collection and thats a bit of a shame considering Konami has pulled this set so close to the other one
