Since the first original printing of this card was only given to the winners of that specific tournament (and theres only about 75 or so floating around), its easy to see why the Magikarp Tamamushi promo card is worth anywhere from $15,000 to $20,000 today
It's a great way to enjoy competitive Magic without the high financial barrier of other formats
