This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the vineyards surrounding the Fontanafredda estate. The wine is aged for at least three years in oak casks and bottle before release. The result is a complex wine with aromas of cherry, blackberry, spice, and leather. On the palate, it is full bodied and powerful
