Cask No. RW9.1 Bourbon The neat palate was wonderfullyThe neat nose suggested to us such things as cinder toffee, pocket warmed chocolate covered malted honeycomb and hints of peppermint tea. Some water revealed a more herbal side, with lemon verbena and lemon pith, then sandalwood, black pepper and eucalyptus. The palate when neat delivered fresh dill, buttery shortbread and orange butter cream. We also detected tamarind, baked oatmeal and honey biscuits, and candied ginger. With water we got sweet dill
