Some versions of this kind of effect like Lobber Crew, Brimstone Trebuchet and Lightning-Rig Crew have been much better than their counterparts because they can always deal 1 damage each turn even when youre not triggering their untap clause
Dromoka's Command is about the worst thing going and it really isn't a scary card
