The Taix family produce a selection of white and red wines from 11 different varieties, grown to organic principles. This is a blend of mostly Chardonnay with 10% Viognier, fresh and bright, with notes of white fruits and minerality. A manual harvest was followed by hand selection, then the grapes destemmed and pressed
