Personally, I love how this Izzet commander plays into itself: As you cast more spells, the harder-to-cast spells become easier to cast, generating more experience counters and making the even more expensive spells easier to cast
When you can pack a load of narrow tools into your sideboard and have access to them game one without any risk of drawing them and having dead cards Living Wish is a little oppressive and outclasses Demonic Tutor
If you want to bump up the price of this deck and stay in the humans theme, Rick, Steadfast Leader / Greymond, Avacyn's Stalwart gives out combat keywords to your humans
It also has the second ability to mill six cards and get two instant or sorcery cards back from the graveyard, which is mostly ideal for graveyard decks or spell slinger decks
But as a poor player who just wants to enjoy the game with specific expensive cards, its widely accepted to use fake cards as proxies in casual play
We all know the prevalence of Strip Mine and Wasteland, and Tec Edge is both a great extra copy, as well as a nice substitute if you dont have either of its powerful predecessors
