Cards that havent been reprinted in quite some time like Sygg, River Cutthroat and Oona, Queen of the Fae are clear standouts covering the majority of the decks value to begin with but cards such as Notorious Throng, Obelisk of Urd and the standard combination of Sol Ring plus Arcane Signet all drive this decks value through the rough before you include what is likely to be a new favourite Commander for many players supporting a Blue/Black creature-based strategy
Also, when he attacks, he can return a level six Digimon from its sources (which he assuredly has after being evolved into) in order to delete an opponents unsuspended Digimon thats 12 play cost or below, essentially deleting most level sixes or below - a big chunk of boss monsters
