With a solid three strength and three willpower that will leave most characters banished or at least smarting, being able to instantly challenge can be a hugely effective way of shutting down a troublesome character on the other side of the table - especially if your opponent thinks theyll have at least a turn to respond to any characters you play before they have a chance to attack

Compared to Lurrus, I would say that building around Zirda forces you to look more outside of the most common staples, but youre more likely to end up with a deck which plays like a normal Commander list
If Locker Room is worth a third of a card I could see Bottomless Pool being worth it, but I suspect Locker Room will be worth less than that
