At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you have a full party, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and those creatures gain deathtouch until end of turn

Its unlikely youll get up to four in a booster, but the average pack has more than one

The exclusion of any particular card from the Reserved List doesn't indicate that there are any plans to reprint that card

Mechanically, it's all neat, but I also would like to say that I really don't have a lot to say about many of the cards in this expansion
