Wizards of the Coast does a good job with their precon decks, wanting new players coming into the format to have fun and actually be able to compete against other mid-level and casual EDH decks

And Deadbridge ChantDeadbridge Chant gives you a card every upkeep, either a creature to the battlefield or noncreature to your hand

While that combo is cool, its about as clunky as bouncing and recasting your enters targets, which makes me suspect this Simic commander might just be, well, clunky and slow
