Burned: Place damage counters on any Burned Pokmon, then flip to see if it recovers

Its a powerful card, anyway, and it sure does give us a boatload of sacrifice fodder
This cards ability to act as removal is nice, but make sure you feel confident in being able to win prizes before you build a deck around this commander
