I'll just add that I love Magali Villeneuve's art for this reprint--her Magic art is some of my absolute favorite

This works because state-based actions are not checked until the spell has resolved, and so there is no opportunity for the owner of the commander that was destroyed to then send that commander back to the Command Zone their first opportunity to do so is after the spell resolves

It's Smuggler's Copter, which Wizards feels is no longer overpowered compared to all the other high strength MTG cards available in Pioneer

It also synergizes extremely well with other all-stars of the format like Urzas Saga and Stoneforge Mystic, making it even more interesting to build around
