This is the Final Fantasy 14 version of the boss, one thats tied to the games story and cannot be avoided, the one that battles the Primal Shinryu, and is faced as a boss in its own Raid series

I do think a lot of these cards need haste because you only have a single opportunity to swing with them and then they are gone, but maybe that final trigger is more than enough

It's a giant monster that arrives at instant speed, it can't be countered, and it bounces nonland permanents or spells on the stack whenever you cast something

It plays best with cheap creatures and fliers, but its just a generally high power level card

The other massive issue for the card is that Falkenrath Aristocrat is just better
