Red is the primary color for burn spells in MTG
The real power of this card is in the big old chunk of text though, which reads, Whenever Scourge of Valkas or another Dragon enters the battlefield under your control, it deals X damage to any target, where X is the number of Dragons you control. This basically means that if youve got one Dragon, you can deal one damage to something, two Dragons is two damage and so on
Once you axe Hakbal, there's almost no reason to have such a specific explore payoff hanging around
Several decks are more powerful than Tier 2 but not quite strong enough to be Tier 1, so were cheating by introducing the good ol Tier 1.5 for this list
I only wish it could put the creature onto the battlefield, rather than your hand, since the follow-up cost has potential to prevent you from casting the creature you just fetched
Thats why a strong reputation lets you charge a little more and sell a little faster, so it is worth protecting from day one
