The overall strategy is fairly straightforward: assemble an army of legendary hero creatures and support them with both equipment and counters with a lot of emphasis on the Legendary and Hero subtypes
If Altered Ego somehow enters at the same time as another creature, Altered Ego can't become a copy of that creature
I don't see the advantage of flipping it back again
