This instant is one of the formats best answers to threats like Thought-Knot Seer and Kor Firewalker

Maybe a Mardu deck with later entry Bartolom del Presidio

Im not convinced itll supplant Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca as the go-to best merfolk commander, but Im sure wherever you see one, youre bound to see the other (Kumenas actually in the precon!)
