You can remove two cards from your graveyard (probably setting you back below threshold) to make a single player discard a single card of their choice, at sorcery speed
It would then be printed in Fifth, skipped in Six and then end its print run in Seventh and Eight Editions

Probably for the Millenium Kuriboh (it's misspelled as Mullenium, btw) would be better to gain ATK from Kuribohs in hand or GY, and to add to hand as another possibility instead of only being Special Summoned, now that'd be powerful
