The card retains its commander-ness through any status changes, and is still a commander even when controlled by another player
Mutated creatures are treated as a single entity so if a mutated creature you control is bounced to your hand, all the cards in the pile go into your hand separately all at once
As such it cannot be used willy nilly against any agro deck as there is a good chance it is more problematic to face than whatever you got from them
The Amber/Emerald deck, also known as Dogged and Dynamic, is a nice sampler platter of the expansion's characters and Locations, with a strong go-wide strategy meant to overwhelm your opponent with numbers
Based on the amount of mana you spend you can choose one tier of spell in this case Fire, Fira, or Firaga to generate a more powerful effect just like you would in the video game
Tucking something on ETB is incredibly strong, especially in the blink colors of blue and white, and doing it to each opponent is going to be at least passably good in EDH
