While many casual players liked this card for its easier accessibility, Balancing Act was never (and still isnt) found in any tournament format where Balance is still legal
Commander is a fun, accessible multiplayer format that makes sure you get to see plenty of new cards without losing the focus on hanging out with your friends
Contents: 12 Magic: The Gathering cards per booster 1-4 cards of rarity Rare or higher in every pack 1 Art Card (foil-stamped Signature Art Card replaces the Art Card in 10% of Boosters) 3-7 Uncommon cards 3-7 Common cards 1 Land card (Traditional Foil in 20% of packs, Full-Art Land in 30% of Boosters) 1 Traditional Foil card 1 token/ad card, Helper card, or a special card from Magic's historyfound in 25% of packs.
But the first copy of either is usually no detriment to your deck the Map in particular is so mana efficient that Id always prefer it to adding extra basics in my splash color
Once you level it up, you start making Sharks, and eventually 8/8 Blue Octopi instead
This card can quickly set you up for the win, helping you to pressure opponents again and again
