The Search and Rescue ability lets you return a character card from your discard pile to your hand whenever you add to your inkwell during your turn
Other missions have more specialized criteria for completion, such as obtaining both an Electabuzz and a Magmar card, or completing the legendary bird trio (Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres)
